Overview

This farmhouse has been beautifully renovated, whilst keeping many traditional features. It is full of natural sunlight, which makes it the perfect relaxing getaway in the beautiful locality of Munxar.

Andrea has four large double bedrooms, charmingly decorated with solid wood furniture. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a full length mirror. The house has five bathrooms, four of which are upstairs with bedrooms, each with shower facilities.

Upon entering this house, one finds a cosy sitting area. Further in, through a short corridor there is a full bathroom, with bathtub and washing machine, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room overlooks the pool area and amazing valley views.

The pool area is south facing, meaning that direct sunlight is available all day long. Pool with overflow and the large deck area make it perfect for entertainment and sunset barbeques. There is a large charcoal BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers overlooking the unobstructed open views. An outdoor open shower is also available.

On the first floor one finds two bedrooms with en-suite and another bedroom which has an adjacent shower room. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

When booking for a large group, and in need of 7 bedrooms, Andrea and Sara can be rented out together. These houses are adjacent and connected through the pool area.

House Rules

Please read carefully our House Rules & Policies

    1. Check in strictly after 15:00 hrs
      Latest Check out time: 10:00 am
      Extra hours upon request are subject to availability and at an extra cost. We shall not be held responsible should for any unforeseen circumstances, there it the need to delay the check in time due to an adequate and valid reason.
    2. . Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of our properties. Smoking is only permitted on the outside areas. However, cigarette buds are to be disposed of in a decent manner and not thrown on the floor, pool decks, or soil in garden areas.
    3. Our farmhouses are pet friendly. We accept only well behaved and litter trained pets.  It is important the number of pets as agreed on the Booking Sheet is maintained. Please note that pets must not be left unattended inside or outside the farmhouses for any time during your stay.  Pets are strictly not allowed on bed, sofas and to go in pools. Their hair will damage the pool filtration system.  Kindly bring with you your pets bedding. Should any linen be stained or soiled by pets, then money will be deducted from your damage deposit. All pet droppings must be cleaned by the owners. It is important that pets are not allowed to dig, uproot or litter in the soiled areas.
      Please see that pool rules are observed. Diving is prohibited and we will not be responsible for any injuries . Children are to be attended to at all times.
    4. We take great care in cleaning and preparing the house for you. We kindly ask it to be left in an orderly manner.
      For this reason:
      Kindly leave the kitchen in an orderly manner.
      All plates and kitchen utensils must be put back in their place clean.
      No dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher must be left.
      Should this happen funds will be deducted from you damage deposit.Fridge/freezer is to be left completely empty.All garbage bags are to be hung outside as per collection schedule. If any extra garbage bags are left inside due to negligence, a fee of €25 shall be deducted from the damage deposit.Any stained linen and towels shall be deducted as follows from the damage deposit:
      Single/double sheets – €10
      Towels/carpets – €7.5
    5. Cots, folding beds and highchairs are to be booked in advance. These will be provided according to the booking sheet and for free. We cannot promise to have such items available unless these are booked ahead
    6. We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen or misplaced inside any of our properties. If any items are left behind, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Items will be kept until you are able to come and collect. All cars and other vehicles are parked entirely at the guest’s risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage these might incur when parked.If there shall be a breach of any of these house rules and policies, then we reserve the right to enter the property and terminate the stay without prejudice, and at any time without any refund.
