We normally meet you upon check -in. However at times this can be made as contactless, with the use of key boxes kept outside the properties. We ask you to kindly contact us once you are on the ferry, so that the house location can be sent to you together with the code. Upon check in the full remaining balance and damage deposit must be settled either in cash or revolut, 200 Euro damage deposit will be given back upon check out or up to 24 hours after departure depending on the urgency of the day.
It is important that the booking sheet details are strictly adhered to. There will be no extra guests inside any of the properties, others than those specified on the mentioned sheet. Should this be the case, extra guests will be immediately asked to vacant the place. All linen and towels will be provided for the number of people as agreed upon on Booking Sheet. It is not permitted to use bath towels for the pool or beach. Air-conditioning may carry pay-per-use charges.
You shall take good care of and allow no damage to the Accommodation. Any breakages must be reported immediately. These will be replaced by us. We will then send you receipt of replaced items, which will then be deducted from the damage deposit. We would greatly appreciate if you could replace any broken glasses and wine glasses that are broken.
We expect all our guests to be considerate towards neighbours and other people who live in the area. No loud noise or music is permitted during the stay. Music has to be lowered down as from 23:00 as stated by law. No parties will be allowed within any of our properties. If in our reasonable opinion, you or any member of your party behaves in a way such as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to the property we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate your stay. Should this occur, you will be required to leave the accommodation immediately. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. We are allowed to inspect the premises at any time without a given warning.
You are entirely responsible for the safety of any children staying in the property as part of the group or at their invitation.
Malta Eco Tax payable by all tourists and locals from the age of 18 and over. €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands for types of accommodation, such as hotels, guest houses, hostels, resorts, timeshare and host families, among others. Capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected upon check in.
If there shall be a breach of any of these house rules and policies, then we reserve the right to enter the property and terminate the stay without prejudice, and at any time without any refund.
